To celebrate reaching 10,000 followers, we’re giving one lucky winner 1 Year of Derm·X, equivalent to 12 boxes (120 units).
Please read the following Official Rules before entering the Giveaway.
Official Rules
1. Organizer
The Derm·X 10K Giveaway (the «Giveaway») is organized by Global Diamond Tattoo, S.L., owner of the Derm·X brand (the «Organizer»).
By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Reside in a country where Derm·X can legally and operationally ship the prize.
- Comply with these Official Rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude entries from countries where legal or logistical restrictions prevent prize delivery.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 22, 2026, at 00:01 AM (CEST) and ends on July 29, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CEST).
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
To participate:
- Follow @dermx.tattoo
- Like the official Giveaway post.
- Comment on the post and tag two (2) different tattoo artists.
Each additional comment tagging two different tattoo artists counts as one additional valid entry.
Entries generated by fake accounts, bots or fraudulent methods will be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
12 boxes of Derm·X (120 units in total), equivalent to approximately one year’s supply of product.
The prize will be delivered in one single shipment.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in the winner’s country shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random using Easypromos from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Two alternate winners will also be selected should the original winner fail to meet the eligibility requirements or fail to respond within the specified timeframe.
The Organizer’s decision is final.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced through @dermx.tattoo and contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
The winner must reply within 7 calendar days.
Failure to respond within this period may result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped in a single delivery to the address provided by the winner.
The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs procedures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the winner or import restrictions in the destination country, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.
9. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to:
- Verify participant eligibility.
- Remove fraudulent or invalid entries.
- Modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its control affect its proper administration.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from the winner will be used solely for administering this Giveaway and delivering the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Organizer and not to Instagram.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
