1. Seller identification
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products through it. The DERM·X website and online store are operated by:

2. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to all orders placed through this website, both by consumers and by customers acting in a professional capacity, such as tattoo artists and tattoo studios. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, which you can save or print at any time.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and, where the customer is a consumer, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU).
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
DERM·X products must be used in accordance with their labelling and instructions for use. Professional products are intended for use by trained professionals following appropriate hygiene and safety protocols.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid without undue delay.
4. Ordering process
To place an order, add the products to your cart, enter your contact, shipping and billing details, choose the shipping and payment methods, review the order summary and confirm the purchase. Before confirming, you can review and correct any errors in the information you have entered.
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. The contract is concluded when we send that confirmation. The contract may be concluded in Spanish or English, and we will keep a record of it.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€). Prices for consumers include VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your order. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes payable by the recipient.
The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout and is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details.
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own conditions (validity period, eligible products and, where applicable, minimum purchase) and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
6. Invoices
If you need an invoice with your company details, please enter them at checkout or contact us at administracion@globaldiamondtattoo.com.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery areas, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the order date. The risk of loss passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, receive the products.
Please check your order on receipt and let us know about any damage as soon as possible.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
In accordance with Article 103(e) of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
9. Legal guarantee
If you are a consumer, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for three (3) years from delivery, under Articles 114 et seq. of the TRLGDCU. If a product is not in conformity, contact us at info@dermx.eu and we will repair, replace or refund it as provided by law.
10. Professional customers
Customers who purchase in the course of their business or profession (for example, tattoo studios) are not consumers, and the rights that the law reserves for consumers do not apply to them, without prejudice to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Sales to professional customers are governed by the Spanish Commercial Code and the Civil Code. Specific conditions may apply to wholesale or distribution orders; please contact us for details.
11. Intellectual property
All website content (texts, images, logos, designs, source code, etc.) belongs to GLOBAL DIAMOND TATTOO, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
12. Use of the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it for activities that are unlawful, harmful to third parties or that could damage the website or prevent its normal operation, including unauthorised automated access or attempts to bypass its security measures.
13. Liability
We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the website or from use of the products contrary to their instructions for use, nor for temporary interruptions in the availability of the website due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, in particular with regard to consumers' rights.
14. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to each order is the one published on the website at the time of purchase.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute may be brought before the courts of your place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection law. If you are a professional customer, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
Consumers may also contact the consumer protection authorities of their region or request a complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones) from us.
