General Purchase Conditions

2. Purpose

This document regulates the online purchase conditions for products sold at dermx.eu, as well as the rights and obligations of the company and consumer users.

 

3. Purchase Process

  1. The user may select the products of interest and add them to the shopping cart.
  2. Before finalizing the order, the customer must register or provide the necessary data for billing and delivery.
  3. A summary will be displayed with the selected products, the total price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.
  4. The customer must confirm acceptance of these Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
  5. Once the payment is made, the customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.

4. Prices and Payment Methods

  • All prices indicated on the website include VAT and are expressed in euros (€).
  • Shipping costs are detailed before finalizing the order.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank card, bank transfer, cash on delivery (enabled only for purchases made in Spain).
  • Payment will be made 100% securely through certified gateways.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders will be sent to the address indicated by the customer in the purchase process.
  • The usual delivery time is 2 to 5 business days in mainland Spain, which may vary depending on the destination.

  • Shipments are made through trusted courier companies.

 

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without the need for justification.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify GLOBAL DIAMOND TATTOO, S.L. by email to info@dermx.eu indicating the order number and your data.
  • The customer must return the products in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • The return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

7. Legal Guarantee

  • Single-use or limited-use medical devices (such as DERM·X) are guaranteed until their expiration date and under correct use and conservation.
  • It does not cover damages derived from improper use, improper handling, or failure to respect the conservation conditions established by the manufacturer.

 

8. Return Policy

  • In case of a defective product, GLOBAL DIAMOND TATTOO, S.L. will assume the return and replacement costs.
  • Returns of opened or used products will not be accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
